First Place Patrol Team Wins a $2000.00 Grant for Medical Education

Steamboat Springs, CO – February 2012 – Did you know that The Cody St. John Foundation is the only non-profit 501 (C)(3) charity that benefits professional ski patrollers? Last year The Cody St. John Foundation awarded five – $1000.00 scholarships for medical education to patrollers at Telluride, Snowmass, Monarch, Alta, and Steamboat. Race entry for Cody’s Challenge is $60 for the event only and $100 for the event and an all-day lift ticket. A post-race lunch will take place at the bottom of the mountain near the finish line at the T-Bar Grill.
